Overview:
- To maintain accurate player tracking in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations.
- Provide exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately track player transactions through the player tracking system
- Maintain a clean table games area.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create new player accounts.
- Provides personal attention and assistance to customers. Verifies customer winning and explains gaming rules and regulations, as necessary.
- Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to management in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons.
- Always maintains a general awareness of table operations.
- Handle and resolve minor employee issues such as schedules and dealer rotations.
- Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games management.
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.
Qualifications:
Colorado Support Gaming License Required
- High school graduate or equivalent; one or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Posted Salary Range: USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
