Overview
Voyager Home Healthcare (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com/) provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado (Denver, Pueblo and Colorado Springs). Additionally, we have three CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. We recently opened office locations in Miami, Phoenix and Tucson as well.

Program Overview:
Candidates hired for this position work in and oversee the administrative side of our Parent CNA Program. Parent CNA, formally known as Family Member as CNA, is a Colorado Medicaid program in which a parent and/or family member can be reimbursed to care for a medically fragile loved one. In order to be reimbursed, the family member must hold a CNA license or higher. This program does not require a waiver, therefore, the only requirements are being on Colorado Medicaid and requiring skilled care.
Duties
- Oversee a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Work closely with Human Resources
- Manage schedules for PCNA Patient Services specialists
- Conduct, daily, weekly, and monthly audits
- Provide excellent customer service
- Reviewing background checks
- Managing day-to-day questions
- Conducting disciplinary actions
- Helping with annual reviews
- Handling all escalation calls
- Attend state training
- Maintain excellent and detailed records
- Receive patient referrals and coordinate with clinical staff
- Conduct phone assessments for incoming clients
- Work closely with Billing and Payroll to ensure accuracy
- Adapts quickly to a changing work environment
- Is reliable, engaged, and provides feedback to improve processes and policies
- Tracking patient insurance eligibility
- Tracking orders such as physician's orders, face-to-face orders, and patient assessments
- General supervisory responsibilities
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
