OptumInsight provides analytics, research, consulting, technology and managed services solutions to hospitals, physicians, health plans, government agencies, life science companies and other industry partners. Primary Responsibilities: 

• Design features as required by client for implementation. This may be workflows for requests, incidents, problem, change management, or projects
• Develop use case scripts for user acceptance testing and participate in validations
• Fully document all code or architecture and update any relevant documentation
• Develop, document, test any required integrations with the CMDB
• Support any enhancements as required for timesheets
• Actively participate in design sessions and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Support design and implementation of LDAP integration for automated user authentication

Required Qualifications: 

• 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or admin
• 2 years of ITSM process design
• Experience working with ITIL concepts
• Experience interpreting user requirements into technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:  

• ServiceNow admin certification
• 2 years ITBM process design
• 2 years ServiceNow integrations experience
• Basic understanding of CSDM

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
