We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Food and Beverage operations along with the Assistant General Manager, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Duties:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all Food and Beverage operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory control and ordering of Food and Beverage supplies
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Coordinate catering services for special events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and cost management strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
