We are looking for great leaders to add to our team! We own and operate 4 restaurants in Key West. Very limited employee housing is available.
Our managers are responsible for daily restaurant service and culinary operations within our company vision and framework. Duties include guest service, QA of recipe specs, personnel management, inventory, scheduling, and event execution.
Managers are to focus on revenue, bringing in business, securing return business, securing payment, managing referrals to our other locations, new ways to drive sales, etc. Managers must be able to oversee both the kitchen and front of house.
We seek self-starters with a minimum 2 years leadership experience in both kitchen and FOH management who can embrace our company culture, multitask, lead by example, and motivate their team with positive direction.
This work is fast paced, and a full duty position that requires standing, lifting, bending, climbing stairs, walking etc. for long periods of time. Must be able to work outdoors in the heat and stand/walk for hours. Managers must be able to work as scheduled any days and evenings of the week, including holidays and weekends. Managers get assigned to various tasks.
This is an immediate opening for talented and experienced managers.
