The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution. This BA will be working on the following initiatives: Data Integrity, Onboarding Module implementation
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution. Primary Responsibilities And Activities Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for ServiceNow functionality, including service catalog items Document full requirements, including layout, fields, workflows, team processes as well system processes. The ServiceNow BA will facilitate requirements sessions, provide recommendations to streamline and optimize processes Partner with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to determine the best technical solution to address the requirements Perform testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met. Defines test cases and acceptance criteria.

At least 3 years in a ServiceNow Business Analyst role Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management. Experience working in a global setting Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem solving skillsYou have a Bachelor’s Degree and bring 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM, Vulnerability, HR, GRC and Integration HUB. Onboarding module and
• You have worked within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline • You have demonstrated experience documenting process designs to meet organizational goals, improve efficiency and reduce risk • You are able to present and influence all levels of management and executive leadership • You have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of ServiceNow best practices and standards including actively participating in the ServiceNow community forums.
• Deep knowledge and experience in understanding enterprise requirements necessary to successfully implement a complex SaaS or PaaS solution including a strong appreciation for understanding security, data, and business usage requirements • Advanced knowledge in strategic solution delivery models to ensure products and/or services continue to innovate and to drive continuous improvement: ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
