- Shop is Outdated - We pride ourselves on staying current if not even ahead of the curve. Not only do we have all updated flush machines, tire machines, etc - but we also provide an iPad to each technician. Our team works digitally with Inspections and Work Orders providing the opportunity to have pictures and videos taken and sent to the customer so you aren’t losing a bay waiting for a customer to “come see” so they can understand what is wrong with their vehicle. This also provides Alldata, Mitchell, IATN, and Identifix at your fingertips as well as the history of the repairs performed on that vehicle.
- Working Weekends - YOU ARE KIDDING RIGHT??? There is plenty of time during the week to get the work done: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm. Anything more is just taking advantage of your team. Weekends are for Family, Fun, Fishing, Riding, etc…
- They take a lot out of my check every week - Benefits are just that BENEFITS - not something you purchase. We provide MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, and LIFE - at no cost to you! Employers assume ignorance of this - they pay you a few dollars more per hour and then they take double that out for your “Benefits”. We are not taking back the money you just earned.
- The People I work with - We have a very tight-knit team that likes to joke, laugh, listen to music, and have fun while still being productive. Life is too short to be stuck with people you don’t like! On the same token - we don’t want to work with crabby people!!

- MINIMUM of 6 Holidays (There are usually a few others thrown in throughout the year (Christmas Eve, Day after Thanksgiving, etc). We like to spend time with our children as well.
- Weekly Paychecks - Direct Deposited
- Vacation - 1 week after 6 months and then an additional week after your 1-year anniversary followed by 2 weeks the following year.
- Training - We provide ongoing training and support with the industry’s leading trainers. If you are new to the automotive industry we will provide all the training needed for a new career in our field.
- Pay - Salary starting at $41,000 + bonuses and increases through the year as performance is shown
- Team Meals / Team Outings / Family Gatherings - Friday is a rotating Team Lunch - Every Friday one team member chooses to make lunch or bring lunch for the team and we sit together to eat and enjoy. But the Fun shouldn't just be had at work, so we like to go outside work and do things together as a group - Baseball Games, Nights Out, Pumpkin Carving, Fishing, etc.. Some outings are just the team and some are with all our families.

Some of the Job Duties Are:
- Answering Phones - Making Reservations for both the shop & Uhual
- Checking Customers In & Out - Shop and UHaul
- Working with our Shop Manager and technicians to look over inspections / create estimates / sell jobs /order & receive parts
- Being a Great Team Member
