- First person of contact for shop.
- Communicating with drivers, dispatch, terminal manager, shop manager, etc.
- Handle all emails and phone calls pertaining to shop.
- Reviewing and closing R.O’s.
- Filing paperwork.
- Ensuring technicians are up to date with compliance training.
- Updating Long term down report.
- Handle all clerical work.
- Handle EHS files.
- Scheduling work coming into shop.
