Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs or maintenance
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Provide estimates and explanations of repair costs to customers
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Service writing experience in an automotive repair setting
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively upsell products or services
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with auto service management software is a plus
