Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Requirements:

· Prior Automotive Experience Preferred

- Reynolds & Reynolds experienced preferred but not required.

· Prior Service Writing Experience Preferred

· Customer Service Skills

· Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record required

Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer Responsibilities:

· Ascertains automotive problems and services

· Verifies warranty and service contract coverage

· Develops estimates

· Prepares repair orders (RO) and enters RO into the service database system.

· Maintains customer rapport

· Maintains records by recording problems and corrective actions planned

· Updates job knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
