pJob Description:br /We are looking to add Calibration Service Technician to our team. Chosen individual will be responsible for the following:/ppbull; Perform calibrations, adjustments, and basic repairs on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).br /bull; Solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity. Escalate more difficult repairs to experienced technicians.br /bull; Work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive in nature.br /bull; Working within your area of expertise, you will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting field staff and customers.br /bull; Provide consistent, solid contribution to team and service center delivery goals.br /bull; Adheres to established production processes and is responsible for achieving established team production goals.br /bull; Provides internal and external customer satisfaction through effective communication, innovation, and direct application of technical skills.br /bull; Exercises good discretion in the use of time and other Keysight resources. Maximizes the use of existing assets, multi-tasks effectively, and ensures Keysight resources are used properly.nbsp; Understanding of and compliance with ESD protocol and connector care is a must.br /bull; Maintains high workmanship standards and delivers on commitments. Promotes ESD, Service Note compliance, and other programs that are conducive to the delivery of high quality service and minimization of re-repair./ppShift Details:nbsp;br /Monday through Friday, 7a-3:30p/ppRequirements:br /bull;nbsp;This position requires some specialized training/certification in electronics (prefer AS degree in this field), or applicable Military experience.br /bull; 2+ years of related experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment is preferred.br /bull; Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.br /bull; Exercises good discretion in the use of time and other Keysight resources. Maximizes the use of existing assets, multi-tasks effectively, and ensures Keysight resources are used properly (i.e. connector care, ESD, ETE).br /bull; Maintains high workmanship standards and delivers on commitments. Promotes ESD, Service Note compliance, and other programs that are conducive to the delivery of high quality service and minimization of re-repair.br /bull; Communicates effectively with internal and external customers. May initiate customer interaction as appropriate. Escalates issues through appropriate channels when necessary. This is done verbally or via written correspondence.br /bull; Possesses excellent organizational skills.br /bull; Exhibits the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with wide range of people.br /bull; Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics/p
