Service Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, coordinating with technicians, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule service appointments and confirm appointments with clients
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of appointments
• Monitor and respond to emails from clients regarding service requests and inquiries
• Maintain and update the service schedule to ensure efficient use of resources
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided
• Generate and process service invoices and payment receipts
• Maintain accurate client records and update the customer database
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with technical terms and concepts preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
