We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, coordinating with technicians, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments and confirm appointments with clients
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of appointments
- Monitor and respond to emails from clients regarding service requests and inquiries
- Maintain and update the service schedule to ensure efficient use of resources
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided
- Generate and process service invoices and payment receipts
- Maintain accurate client records and update the customer database
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling software
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with technical terms and concepts preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
