JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive and enter part orders from domestic and international customers via telephone, email or fax and facilitate returned goods activity with paperwork and technical data.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist customers in ordering correct parts necessary for repair and maintenance of machines.
Identify part shortages and help expedite order fulfillment.
Identify and initiate drop shipping of parts from vendors.
Generate proper paperwork to facilitate return of goods for credit, salvage, repair and inspection.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
AAS Degree in a technical major preferred.
Interpersonal skills
Customer Service Oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Self-motivated, accurate & detail oriented.
Technical skills / Special requirements
Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft office environment, Word, Excel, e-mail), internal network, and ERP System.
Work environment will consist of a regular office setting with occasional exposure to a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of machine tools and industry parts, assemblies and part order entry systems.
· Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, bills of material, and product structures.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints REQUIRED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.23 - $22.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
