Job Description
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering phones and managing incoming calls - Forwarding calls to appropriate departments
- Support the Service department with scheduling technicians when necessary
- Working with the Shop Foreman to place orders for materials when necessary
- Managing Fleet Maintenance for Company autos Data Entry/office assistance – filing, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks
- A team player who contributes and works with others to accomplish results
Ideal Candidate:
- Field Edge Software experience is a major Bonus!
- Must have excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills.
- Experience with - Telephone-Switchboard, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and QuickBooks applications is desired but unnecessary for the right candidate.
- Teachable, reliable, organized, dependable, trustworthy, and independent
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must work well with our team as well as be self-directed and self-motivated.
