Our client believes there needs to be excellent service for each step in the dealership-customer relationship. In a small town, reputation is vital to your success. Our client's service CSI is good, and we need a Service Manager who shares in this customer commitment.

The Service Manager we are seeking will be very organized and bring operating competence and commitment to our service business. If you are a Service Advisor ready to move up, this is the position you have been looking for.

To help ensure a great fit for both the candidate and employer, we are seeking candidates with the following skills / experiences / traits

• Automotive dealership Service Management or Advisor experience
• Focus on building the very best customer service experience
• A belief that each and every customer is important
• Very organized with exceptional time management and prioritizing skills
• Ability to assess and improve our processes
• Ability to lead a small staff of service employees including several Master Techs
• Performance-oriented - continuous desire to improve
• Proven CSI
• Great references
• Ability work in a city north of Cedar Rapids
