Automotive Dealership Service Manager

Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for a driven, communicative, leader and customer centric individual who is filled with initiative and a background with industry experience to become a member on our Fixed OperationsTEAM as a Service Manager at our Newton Auto Center!

Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the service department in delivering excellent customer service, implement service procedures and processes, and oversee the other service team members
• Maintain and improve customer, manufacturer, and vendor relationships
• Manage and satisfy warranty claims, payments, and reporting
• Work to improve efficiencies in service operations, and communications w customers
• Mentor the technicians, advisors, and support staff following the company vision & mission
• Having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve
• Effectively manage work flow through the service department
• Drive results and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the service operations
• Friendly competition & inter-group rivalry drive our culture, camaraderie, and performance

Employment Package:

• Team oriented - performance based pay plan, including individual incentives

• 45-50 hour work week / Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)

Experience:

• Experience with Ford, Chevrolet, or CJDR is preferred
• Prior Management experience
• Dealership experience is required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
