- Administer grants, cooperative agreements, or other related instruments related to the construction industry and semiconductor industry.
- Implement, and interpret grants/assistance management policies, procedures, and practices.
- Participate in the development and management of net-new standardized processes for operationalizing pre- and post-award tracking and monitoring of loan distribution and Other Transaction Authority funds (OTAs).
- Provide training, technical assistance, oversight, ethics advice, expertise, and consultation to program officials, awardees, review panels, applicants, recipients, and subrecipients as needed.
- Manage and improve accurate documentation systems for operational processes and procedures, and protocol interactions.
- Prepare, process, issue, and track grants/assistance awards and compliance with reporting requirements with guidance from CHIPS Program Office (CPO) leadership.
- Develop standard operating procedures and policies that define operational tasks associated with executing preparation of award documents for execution, and ensure necessary approvals as required.
- Consult CPO leadership to ensure processes are effectively followed and changes are made where needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in federal grants administration or equivalent.
- Experience in reviewing financial assistance applications, or similar, for completeness, preparing award recommendation documentation and providing post award oversight and monitoring.
- Preferred experience in the review and administration of OTA agreements.
- May be required to undergo a standard background check along with verification of education requirements.
