Lead Project Manager
We are seeking an energetic, self-starter to join our growing team to support our Project Management efforts.
The Lead Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects to ensure successful completion on time and within budget and scope.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday through Friday, (will need to be available all day from 8am-5pm)
Salary Range: up to $160,000 per year
Work location: Washington, DC Metropolitan area (there may be future opportunities to work from home)
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
- PMP Certification required (your unique certification identification will be required)
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- At least ten (10) years of project management experience.

Job details:
- Experience with managing Federal contract projects
- Understanding of the principles, methods, or tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources, including monitoring and inspecting costs, work, and performance.
- Ability to facilitate workshops that foster business buy in and drive solutions that meet business needs and adhere to DOT strategies.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture program development including linkages with project implementation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and records management.
- Understanding of information assurance, cybersecurity, privacy policies disciplines, methodologies.
- Understanding of Federal Information Security Modernization Act 2014 (FISMA)
- Understanding of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)
- Understanding of Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) implementation.
- Understanding of the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education, National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, and Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, Federal Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015.
- Ability to work with customers to assess needs, provide assistance, resolve problems, satisfy expectations, and know products and services.
- Understanding of CSAM reporting and controls management (Common, Hybrid, and System specific).
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
