Event Registration Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registration Manager who wants to take the next step in their career and is ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced setting. You bring creativity to dynamic registration websites on a varied set of software platforms and are obsessed with data and what it can do to help shape decision-making. You are eager to travel and enjoy providing customer service to attendees and supervise team members who do the same.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client Registration Projects to include developing timelines, making recommendations that fit their needs, and bringing a consultative approach to stakeholders
• Build dynamic registration websites on a varied set of registration platforms
• Develop customized financial reports to provide clients with a detailed overview of event revenue
• Oversee Customer Service Managers assigned to your accounts and provide customer service support for attendees
• Manage all aspects of on-site registration including travel to the show site, contracting and supervision of assigned temp staff and vendors, badging and access control, as well as rental/purchase of all necessary materials

Skills:

• Familiarity with databases and data management. Experience working in and managing SaaS products such as Cvent Flex, Cadmium EdgeReg (formerly EventRebels), SalesForce event management platforms (Fonteva, Nimble, etc.), and Stova
• Building and managing conference apps such as Cvent Attendee Hub, Cadmium EventScribe, Whova, Bizzabo, Accelevents and others
• Strong computer literacy with understanding of Microsoft Office products. Love Excel? This is the place for you. Experience with Pivot Tables and high-level formulas is a plus
• Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), what they do and how they function
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
