Pay Range: $19.00/hr to $24.00/hr depending on experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 + years of experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, and/or equivalent
- Advanced customer service skills
- Professional phone skills
- Energetic personality
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
- Must be able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
- Update customer profiles as information is received
- Type service contract proposals for new customers
- Maintenance of the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewals
- Order parts for special orders
- Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
