SalarySummers Plumbing Heating & Cooling located in Peru, IN is scouting a full-time Customer Service Representative / CSR / Dispatcher who can easily provide out-of-this-world Customer Service in a fast-paced environment. This HVAC and plumbing position is paid a competitive hourly wage of $16.00-$18.00 and has two full-time schedule options, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am-3:00 pm or 9:00 am-5:15 pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR / DISPATCHER
You arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are heard and receive the best Customer Service possible, as an HVAC and plumbing Customer Service Representative / CSR / Dispatcher. You love that you spend most of your day in an office environment on the phone or computer. The first duty you have is being a dispatcher, as you receive incoming client phone calls, you dispatch service calls to our field technicians. The importance of client satisfaction plays a big role in how you maximize the scheduling of our HVAC and plumbing technicians. You also enjoy interacting with clients and technicians as you keep both parties updated and informed. Besides providing Customer Service, you manage to get various other tasks completed in your workday. At the end of the day, you feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR / DISPATCHER
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (a plus!)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
