Job Description:

Join our team at NuBrite Agency as a Customer Service/Dispatcher! We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to coordinate and schedule our work order & delivery projects. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Fleet Coordination:
• Dispatch and schedule drivers & technicians efficiently.
• Monitor and track the movement of vehicles using GPS systems.
• Communication:
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and address any issues.
• Interface with customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address inquiries.
• Problem Resolution:
• Identify and address any disruptions or delays in the transportation schedule.
• Collaborate with drivers to resolve issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including schedules, routes, and communication logs.
• Generate and submit reports as required.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and dispatch software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Previous experience in plumbing, logistics or transportation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
