Service Dispatcher / Light Office (Paid Training)

Job involves answering phone, organizing service calls, processing invoices and light filing out of your own office.

• Receiving and processing service requests from customers, either by phone, email, or through an online system
• Coordinating with technicians or service professionals to schedule service calls and assign tasks based on availability and expertise
• Maintaining and updating a schedule of service calls, including any changes or cancellations
• Tracking the progress of service calls and ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating with customers to provide updates on service calls and to address any concerns or questions they may have
• Managing inventory of parts and supplies needed for service calls, including ordering and restocking as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records of service calls, including details on the work completed, parts used, and any customer feedback
• Assisting with billing and invoicing for service calls
• Providing support to technicians and service professionals as needed, including coordinating transportation and scheduling training or meetings
• Performing general administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and entering data into computer systems
• Communicate challenges and needs with Operations Manager
• Some retail work in storefront

Requirements:

• No experience necessary. Will train the right person.
• Easily readable handwriting
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Pass a background check. Not all offenses disqualify a candidate. Please inquire.

Working Conditions:

• Full-Time, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Free on-site parking
• Some light lifting

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly, Starting at $15, Based on Experience
• Initial employment is based on a 90 day probationary period
• After 90 days an applicant becomes a regular full time employee with benefits that include:Health Insurance (50%) Sick Days Vacation days one year

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
