Job Summary:
YR Service Co is an expanding residential service company. We specialize in Residential Electrical, Gas, Plumbing, and pool equipment repairs.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations. Scheduling the five company crews will become your responsibility, and building a schedule that helps all the field techs know where they need to go the evening before will ensure techs come in ready for work the following day.
Main Goals

- Triage the calls
- Fill the schedule

- Communicate with the technicians and general manager
- Manage Holiday and after-hours phones
- Maintain Customer profiles
- Collect accounts receivable from customers
- Maintain Company Email and communications
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process service requests from customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Dispatch technicians to service locations based on availability, proximity, and skillset
- Monitor and track the progress of service calls to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times and any delays or changes in service plans
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of the issue, actions taken, and resolution
- Collaborate with technicians to provide necessary information and support for successful service delivery
Experience:
- CSR with Service Fusion Dispatch experience is a big asset to this application
- Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling is a must
- Electrical, Gas, and Plumbing Service task knowledge is key
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations or changes in plans
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze information accurately
