Key Responsibilities:
· Primary contact with our external technical vendors
· Dispatch external technical vendors to Rolland Customer location to resolve reactive repair solutions statewide
· Monitors locations, services, and appropriate solution
· Daily entering of communications entered into ERP and placed in the appropriate status allowing review by Rolland ERP system, including the 3rd party IVR system status at time of event.
· The ability to maintain the required dispatch level of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, per department requirements and or set standards.
· Ability to communicate well with sub-contractors and customers.
· Ability to negotiate labor pricing and attendance with sub contactors, vendors and customers.
· Ability to work shift work, weekends and holidays including work from home.
· Continues training of product and implementation of RSL and other manufacturer.
Qualifications Summary:
· Accurate typing for data entry (alpha and numeric)
· Multitasking and working in a team environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills/call center environment
· Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
