YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - DISPATCHER

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team and provide essential support. As a Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality of our office and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, dispatching technicians, and providing top-notch Customer Service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a variety of tasks, this position is for you.

Here's what we need from you:

• Computer skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior dispatching experience is a plus!
