Job description
1. Answering heavy incoming calls and responding to customer’s concerns/questions
2. Monitor shipping and receiving activity to ensure compliance with SLAs and work specifications.
- Identify and de-escalate issues with Department Manager.
- Provide information and service information to customers.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Document/Data entry of all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognize, document, and alert the management of trends in customer calls.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
