Job description:
CTG is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide support to a local client with the following responsibilities:
Provides: Level 2 desk-side support as well as hardware and software troubleshooting, hardware imaging and deployment services, and software installation via telephone and desk-side support.
Required Skills:
Must have broad knowledge of desktop support coupled with customer support skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, self-starter
Patience and outgoing personality
Associate Degree or higher
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to apply logic and reasoning to different situations
