Perform daily tasks to support inside service department, sales department and parts department. Perform all clerical duties for the office to meet standard requirements of WPI and customer needs.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks required for Service and Parts Department
- Perform necessary tasks required for maintaining adequate Parts Inventory
- Review and resolve inventory issues
- Identify and report problems or issues to District Service Manager and Branch Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of previous experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical background or knowledge preferred
- Prefer bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking and writing skills
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)
- Must have good phone etiquette, and be able to manage a multi-line telephone
- Must be able to type 25 words per minute
- Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Must be dependable and be able to work independently
- Must maintain good client relations and a professional appearance
- Must have the ability to effectively operate various types of office equipment (telephone system, copier, printer, scanner, fax, etc)
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must have good written and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
Working Conditions:
- Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Weekend hours as necessary.
