S4 Search Partners has been retained by a leading corporation in the facility services industry. We're seeking a driven customer focused Route Trainee. As a Route Trainee, you will support the Service Department by helping Route Service professionals loading and unloading trucks, delivering and picking up customer products, and covering assigned routes.

This role is physical, dynamic, and consists of being out on your own. Your days are Monday through Friday, because we want you to have your nights, weekends, and holidays to spend time with your friends and family.
If you're the type of person who likes every day to be a little bit different, and you want to get your foot in the door to establish a career as a Route Service professional, and would like to move up to management. Nearly all the Senior Executives started in the Service Department.

What you’ll be doing:

• Service customers in a professional manner using effective communication skills and resolving customer issues
• Ensure accurate invoice inventories
• Perform inventory audits

• 21 years of age

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

• Prior customer service, route sales, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred
