Service Department Delivery Concierge

```Duties```

- Coordinate customer vehicle pickup and delivery
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain a clean and organized desk area
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to create a 5 Star customer satisfaction experience
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and proper phone handling procedures

-Good Driving Record

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
