- Readiness of new CSPs in zone in terms of infrastructure, manpower & service process.
- Ensure competency of manpower through training across all CSPs in zone.
- CSP visit for constant process improvement and sharing technical feedback to Focus Engineering for improvement.
- Complaint Management at CSP as per confirmed SOP.
- Provide OJT to CSP technician on product SIB/MMT, usage of special tools and and diagnostic tool during service of the vehicle.
- Analysis of Top5 complaints, troubleshooting of a complaint based on voice of customer and call centre data.
- Planning service promotional activities for customers at CSPs.
- Hand Holding of newCSP Point or at the time of new launches.
- Maximise usage of Focus Engineering Forum at CSP, for quick fix solutions for better experience.
- Enhance Customer Retention through System & Process at CSP.
- Ensuring Digital Usage for sharing data of Customers to Focus Engineering.
- Ensuring Same day delivery at CSP.
- Placing Genuine Parts & Oil order thorugh APS, Clearing Warranty & FSC claims.
- Encourgaing Service Appointment at CSP.
Requirements

- Degree or Diploma Engineering in mechanical / Automobile . Knowledge of automobile instrumentation / mechatronics preferred. 1 to 3 years of experience in Service with experience on diagnostics, Dealership handling.
