Dispatch Coordinator - Customer Service

Airheads HVAC is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatch Coordinator to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency and provide amazing Customer Service to our clients and service technicians in the Temple, TX area. This Dispatch Coordinator position earns $11 to $16 per hour depending on experience and works a schedule of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We are local industry leaders in this essential trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

As our Dispatcher, most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client phone calls, schedule installs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians. Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. You also collect payments and work some bookkeeping. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track including ordering equipment.
