CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a glass manufacturing company in the Plano area to seek out a Customer Service Account Coordinator! If you have 2+ years of supply chain and/or logistics Customer Service experience with call handling experience and prior exposure to SAP, we want to hear from you!

Job Title: Customer Service Account Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX

Pay: $23/hr.

Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Start Date: July 2024

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Description: Coordinate service requirements for specified customer accounts and act as a liaison between internal groups and customers.

Job Duties:

• Provides internal business partners with insight into customers requirements, expectations, and other pertinent competitive information.

• Consistently follows order entry processes and procedures to ensure order entry accuracy.

• Regularly reviews open orders to ensure completion through billing.

• Collaborates with internal business partners to support the management of customers needs against production/shipments/inventory (PSI).

• Responsible for logging customer complaints and collaborating with Credit Analysts concerning claims

• Facilitate unplanned repacks

• Communicate priority crossings to Operations

• Generates customer-specific reports (e.g., finished goods and packaging material inventory, sales, and shipments),

• Communicates Customer Owned Packaging requirements to the customer.

• Support Sales Management on New Business Development (e.g., sample orders, stock price list quote)

• Contributes to overall sales and margin improvement by identifying and capturing margin leakage opportunities.

Requirements:

• Recent experience in a logistics or supply chain role (non call center)

• Proficient computer skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Excel Required

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP and SharePoint a plus!
