WE ARE GROWING. Parkside Kia is adding to its current staff. We are finishing up renovations that will be doubling the size of our current service department. The Service Advisor position will be responsible for assisting the customer through our their dealership service experience. The Service Advisor will note customer needs/concerns on write up and will be responsible for advising the customer of any service and repair needs the vehicle has after its technical inspection. The Service Advisor is the first person our customer comes in contact with when they arrive for their service and the last person they will see when they leave. The ideal Service Advisor candidate will posses a high level of customer service skill coupled with excellent communication skills. Dealership experience is not required. The Service Advisor acts as the connection between the customer and the technician performing repairs on their vehicle. The Service Advisor position is commission based with NO caps on earning potential.
