Job Description Summary: Provide leadership and initiative in the overall coordination of high level and detailed design deliverables including designs for technical architecture and system interfaces to meet business requirements/specifications for significant projects. As needed, apply specialized technical knowledge to advise other teams and recommend solutions to technical design problems. Lead and/or assist in resolution of complex production problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.
Job Specific Information:


  • Architect and Implement the setup of Tibco/ JMS and AMQ7 Messaging environment as per the Business Requirements.
  • Complete post-build process and configure new instances of Messaging servers with fault tolerance.
  • Generate and setup rules for monitoring the JMS destinations based on over threshold requirements
  • Troubleshooting and resolve App Connection and Messaging issues
  • Capability to run Spotfire/Splunk performance analytics reporting for proactively avoiding performance issues.
  • Periodic rotation for Level 3 Oncall Support

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
  • Plan and execute Life Cycle Management activities in support of a robust infrastructure.
  • Ability to read, write and troubleshoot XML files in support of messaging configurations.
  • Excellent skills in communication and relationship building with internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical and human relations skills
  • The ability to analyze project requirements and architect messaging designs in support of the messaging infrastructure
  • JMS experience
  • knowledge of Linux

Domicile/Relocation: Collierville, TN.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information system or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Requires five (5) or more years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
