Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Service Office Administrator to join our team in Yarmouth Port, MA. The position will be responsible for supporting our service department with office administration, customer service, and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
- Greeting walk-in customers and receiving customer phone calls and emails
- Performing administrative functions for the marina as directed by the Service Manager
- Managing AR collections for the Service Department
- Applying payments in the work order system
- Maintaining filing of customer records and service department paperwork
- Service writing and scheduling (no experience required)
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Computer and MS Office Suite skills required
- Great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- This is a full-time, hourly position. 40 hours/week. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
