Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, such as HIPAA and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage the enrollment and termination processes for employee benefits.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve benefit-related issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of benefit policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to educate new hires on available benefits.
- Provide support in contract negotiations with benefit providers.
- Coordinate employee evaluation processes related to benefits.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of benefit plan design and administration.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees and vendors.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
