This is a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) position. This position is based at our corporate facility in Framingham, Ma.

What you’ll be doing:
The HR Services Administrator is an integral part of our HR Shared Services Team. In this role, you will, provide administrative support for the Human Resources department including, primary contact for records retention and retrieval processes, completion of I-9 verifications for associates, HR related audits, HR related mail, primary expeditor for HR Services information requests and employment verifications and own scheduling for candidate interviews for US Retail.

- Ability to work professionally with all levels of management and handle difficult situations with sensitivity.
- Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe, Microsoft Office products, including Outlook (or other calendar management systems).
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of related experience
- Ability to work in office 1 day a week
