Server/Waiter

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Food safety knowledge to ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of culinary terms and ingredients to answer guest questions about menu items
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with kitchen staff

Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
