Server/Host

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Must have experience in the Service Industry. Weekend availability is a must. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu

- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest

- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

- Process guest payments using the POS system

- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

```Experience```

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Knowledge of food service and guest relations best practices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7.98 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
