Job Title: Host/Server
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred (not required)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle reservations and inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.94 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
