SalaryResponsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with menu selections - Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Upsell additional items to increase sales revenue - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements: - Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred - Proficiency with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes
