```Overview``` We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take accurate food and drink orders from customers - Serve food and beverages to guests - Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience - Process payments using cash handling procedures - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders ```Skills``` - Previous experience in the food industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment Join our team today and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
