We are currently seeking a Server/Cashier to join our team at our Ice Cream store. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our establishment.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Assist with food preparation and culinary tasks as needed
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or the food service industry is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to accurately count money and make change
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
