Server/Bartender

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team at the Boca Royale Golf and Country Club. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our members and guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring to accommodate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Provide recommendations and offer detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage orders.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the dining facility.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record orders and process payments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
