SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing food and coordinating kitchen activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve food and beverage to the guest
- Observe guests to ensure their satisfaction (i.e. Refills, ready for check, etc)
- Patron’s ID’s must be checked before serving
- A valid issued state, district, territorial, possession, provincial, national or other equivalent driver’s license
- A state issued ID with photo and date of birth
- Military ID card with photo and date of birth
- Valid Passport
- Beverage stations offering alcoholic beverages must be manned at all times during an event. At no time is a guest permitted to serve themselves
- Communicate with the guests and provide assistance regarding any questions or concerns they may have
- Must complete Alcohol Training, i.e. Brand Alcohol Awareness such as ServSafe, TIPS
- Follows company policies and procedures at all times
- Ensures fair treatment and respect of employees and guests
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Pay: $8.98 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 29 per week
