```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and glassware
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register or POS system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
```Skills```
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Familiarity with Micros Symphony POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers at once
- Knowledge of food service regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in catering events or large gatherings is a plus
