Server/Bartender

Duties:

- Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Take food orders and assist with basic food preparation as needed
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Skills:

- Strong hospitality skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of drink recipes and ability to mix cocktails according to standard recipes
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

Note: Previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn.
