We are a looking for experienced, motivated servers who can handle their positions.
We are opened 3-8pm Sunday -Thursday, 3-9pm Friday - Saturday
*MUST BE 21*
This includes:
Cleaning: keeping up with daily tasks (opening/closing cleaning and one deep cleaning each day); cleaning during slower shifts; keeping up with FIFO, food management, stocking, checking ingredients and dates
Serving: Holding up to six tables at a time; making your table's drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic); bringing your table's food and appetizers on time; cleaning up after yourself; moving at fast speed; keeping a positive attitude; running food inside and outside on our patio; communicating effectively to team; following safety standards; bussing and cleaning tables
Bartending: Keeping up with drinks; cleaning up bar area as you go; checking fruits and liquids before and after shifts; cleaning dishes throughout the night; restocking
Hosting: Seating and serving water to new tables; keeping track of rotations of tables (knowing which table goes to which server); refilling waters of all tables; helping servers with miscellaneous tasks; bussing and cleaning tables; help setting up for reservations; cleaning up any messes after tables; cleaning as you go

Pay: From $14.20 per hour
